How are you ? How is your path in yoga unfolding? Mine keeps evolving, transforming, and growing.
I would really like to share something with you that is very close to my heart.
I am beginning the promotion of a retreat I am creating for Fall 2026 in Boa Vista, Cabo Verde — a place that has become profoundly precious to me.
Further dates will also be planned for January, February, March, and April 2027.
It is a Yoga & Ocean Retreat, held at beautiful Vila Cristina, by Estoril Beach.
As always, my teaching continues to evolve, and I am now approaching the completion of a marvellous Kundalini teacher training, which will also be part of the practices we will share there.
