A beachfront villa, steps from the water, with a rooftop terrace and room to do very little. Two sessions a day — a sunrise practice of gentle awakening, dynamic vinyasa, strength and mobility, and a sunset one of deep stretching, breathwork and meditation.
In between, the days are yours: open-water swimming in a calm bay, surf and kitesurf, beach restaurants, massage, or nothing at all.
This is the first group I am taking to Boa Vista.

What I can offer you instead of past guests is the teaching — and some of the people below have been practising with me since 2008.
